well.. that might be step in the right direction, I've definitely pared down
the number of lines from the logfile being used in the report. (grinz) but
this is a little 'too much' off the top.  Let me try a 192.168.7.* --though
I thought the documents instructed against such things.

If there are no other HOSTINCLUDE or HOSTEXCLUDE statements before
these then "HOSTEXLCUDE *" is implied and not needed when the first
command encountered is a HOSTINCLUDE.

You need to put a '*' on the end, otherwise Analog tries to match
exactly. Use this one:

  HOSTINCLUDE 192.168.7.*

Or the one I suggested originally, if you have a recent version of
Analog.
