well, i just checked two ip's that are both physically in my network in
augsburg, germany and the results are less than satisfying...

the first one 213.209.132.2 shows up as being in trieste, italy and the
second one 213.209.128.15 returns with the right country, but unfortunately
with a city that is almost at the other end of germany....

however, it did get my local (phoenix, az) ip right...

so, there you are, 3 ip's - one completely wrong, one "almost" right, and
one bullseye......
