I've narrowed this down to the fact that the machine I'm on is using a
CACHEFILE. The local copy of Analog is effectively ignoring the
ARGSEXCLUDE /* command.
Am I right in thinking that this is because ARGSEXCLUDE /* wasn't set in
the cache production (over which I have no control), as hinted in
http://www.analog.cx/docs/cache.html ?
