Sorry, we didn't get your previous message. The mailing list throws away mails if the subject just says "Help". There are good reasons for this, although it does cause some genuine mail to get lost.

The reason you have received other mail is that this is a mailing list, not a tech support line. You will get all the mails that are sent to the mailing list.

Probably some of the old data has been deleted -- did you notice whether the start date on the report stayed the same? You really need to talk to your web hosting service, or whoever is running analog for you. It's certainly a configuration question, and they will be the only ones who can answer it.
