Hello everyone, I noticed that the development handsets (unlocked SIM & hardware) are available on Google. One question I would like to ask is if I'm able to use the handset without a SIM? I would only like to use the GPS + Wifi on the device as I don't want to get tied into a cellphone plan. I'm also planning to develop on the phone too.
