Here's an idea. There may be phones available towards the end of round II, but depending on how popular they are, there may be phone shortages when the phones come out. Its one thing for the "little guy" to be disadvantaged because of money and people, but if we can't get phones till much later than the other guys, that would be hugely unfair. We should petition for some sort of early access order or whatever.
