May we publish your name attached to your entry? May we give your contact information to judges who may want to contact you? Do these both pertain to your information given to judges? What does "publish" mean? What's this about? Are these just judges that looked at your app? Are judges in general getting a chance to look at apps? I assume the summary is "can we give your name and contact info to judges?". Is that correct? Answering "No" to the first question and "Yes" to the second would seem logically inconsistent, which is what I think is confusing me. If its just to judges, not the general public, and it doesn't change IP or privacy protection, then whatever. Sure.
