And how did they tested SplashPlay? That app needed two hardware
('pod' and 'panel') which are not released yet.
I'll love SplashPlay and I'm glad it's one of the winners but for the
sake of fairness and truth, this has to be clarified.
Did AndroidScan and SplashPlay win by just submitting videos/mocks?
Don't get me wrong I think it was okey, but Google should have
explicitly clarify that they would allow us to do that kind of
submission.
