Add another who would like the option of adding a reasonably sized changelog.
In the case of my games (strategy/RPG/adventures) games, e.g., I occasionally need to do significant changes in the savegame structure that invalidate old savefiles (even if I try to minimize this and maintain backward compatibility, sometimes it is just not doable/worth the effort). Having a user update only to find out that their old savegames are no longer compatible is not a good situation. Most users do update fairly quickly, but there can be many good reasons why a user might not want to update (e.g., savegame incompatibility or simply because a feature has been added/removed that they like). Another example of when a changelog is useful is when permissions change (though what I'd really like wrt to this problem is an extra information field in the manifest which is shown in the market where developers explain what they are using each individual permission for).
