Hi, I am working on a voip application for the android.
When I am in a cell call on my android phone (DroidX), I find that the notification bar at the top seems to be locked. In other words, I can not slide it down to open the drawer to the expanded view. My question is, how do I lock the drawer so that it can not be opened from my application?
