Same issue here, just tried a couple hours ago.

Windows 7/64, ADT 8.0.1, and "basic" Eclipse for Java development, so those
fancy options that I was supposed to disable in Code Assist weren't even
there.

Xavier, if you are reading this - did the fix for the missing "sources"
folder make it into 8.0.1?
