What exaclty is the problem?
I welcome them for 2 primary reasons.
a) The Google Market is a mess of crap. Really brings thigns down for
people who actually care about what they provide.
b) It'll give Google a kick in the pants, because they certainly
haven't made improving the Market a priority.

Frankly I welcome the competition to Google's Market.
