Oh wait I take that back. I was thinking that you were talking about the virtual guitar app where you can tune the strings and all of that. If you just want a tone generator suitable for tuning a guitar, that is definitely achievable right now. It really wouldn't be that hard. Just record the samples at the correct pitch and have a MediaPlayer loop the sample.
