Yes, we really, REALLY need that "meaningful interaction with Google
about the market".
What we have had to date is more like a parody of really bad customer
service (think Lily Tomlin and the Phone Company).

After all: even if we disagree with much of Rich's Rant, there is one
thing we should all agree on: removing an application from the Market
without even an explanation is simply unacceptable. So is providing no
means of defending oneself against an accusation of violating the user
agreement. So is threatening to stifle the discussion by classifying
the posts as "off-topic".
