adb logcat, DDMS, and the DDMS perspective of Eclipse are perfectly
capable of examining LogCat on your phone.

Well, sure. Don't do that. The whole point behind
FLAG_ACTIVITY_REORDER_TO_FRONT was to reuse the existing activity
instances.
