Once again, where's the evidence of this? The OP implied that Google has stipulated games will not make its front view without an ESRB rating, yet I find no evidence of a press release that says this.

Well, yes and no....  I would just expect the games to end up moving
to a different market (like soc.io, spamazon, etc.).  Of course, if
joe.average Android user doesn't KNOW about those other markets....yeah,
you're right...it's bad.  :-(
