okay thank you.  I ran the emulator from the avd manager and
uninstalled the app.  I then reran the app from within eclipse but it
doesn't show up in the emulator.  I do recall that when it showed up
the first time there was logging in the console that talked about it
installing.  This time there is no logging showing it was installed.
Here is what shows up in the console.  When it worked the first time
it showed the installation logging after the emulator warning line
shown below.  Is there another specific step to install the app like
there was to uninstall it?  Thanks.
