I am seeing some weird behavior on the Nexus 7 tablet when i set a centered relativelayout to have a background image with padding.

The gist is that my small padding is being ignored by the relativelayout on the nexus 7 and I'm not able to recreate on the emulator using the nexus 7 settings.
