Mark, You are completely correct, IMO
But, what's to stop people from using someone else's address or an abandoned house/buildings address. So, in reality it is doing no good. Most people have DDA and get there payments direct deposited so they have no need to receive paper checks. On top of that, your address is already on file in your Google Wallet Merchant Account, which is private so what is Google up to with this move. I am an extreme Android Enthusiast (In reality, Google as a whole Enthusiast), what you could call an extreme Google Fanboy but, some of the stuff they been doing as of late is kinda puzzling.
