Aren't these people known domain hoarders? Anyway, you'll have to pull your web site off and switch to a hosting service that allows you to set *any* MIME association through the User Control Panel. May cost you a few bucks more though. I'm not going to recommend mine right now as I'm not terribly happy there, but at least I can do what needs to get done.
