Also, to further clarify: If the buyer or the developer cancels the
order, it is not a chargeback, and there are no fees.

A Chargeback occurs when a buyer calls up their credit-card company
and disputes the transaction. Usually, those come after 20-30 days
after the sale date per my experience.
