*Role* : Sr Golang Developer
*Location*: Remote
No H1B
*Client* : Centene
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of strong Golang (Stateside / US experience)
- Debugging experience
- 1 year + of AWS or any cloud - application deployment to the cloud
Interview will be 2 rounds
1st round is coding
2nd round is more coding and fixing an issue to showcase debugging skills

Responsibilities:
Using Golang microservices and API development, as well as overall
microservices for architecture
Utilizing containerization development and deployment using Docker,
Kubernetes, and Helm
Hands-on work with AWS server less application development
Use SAM CLI for integrating the AWS server less application in CI/CD
pipeline for building and deployment
Use Mongo and/or other non-relational databases for various use cases
Hands-on work with Git and GitLab
Continued use of several scripting languages including Bash, Python or
others
Hands-on use of OpenAPI and tools such as Postman and Swagger
Good communication skills and soft skills.
Continuous use of agile methodologies and practices (Scrum/Kanban)
Comfortable working in a fast paced and agile environment and able to adapt
quickly to change in priorities.
Use Event Driven architecture application using Kafka as a message bus.
Golang Software Engineer - CaaS Delivery Services
1. Experienced in Golang microservice and API development and overall
microservice architecture.
2. Experienced in containerization development and deployment using Docker,
Kubernetes, and Helm.
3. Experience with AWS server less application development
4. Specific AWS server less stack requirements:-
a) Lambda using Golang with unit testing.
b) SQS, SNS.
c) EventBridge.
d) DynamoDB. Other NoSQL DB experience is desirable DocumentDB,
Cassandra, MongoDB.
e) CloudWatch. Exposure to other observability tools is
desirable.
5. Expertise in SAM CLI – We use SAM CLI for integrating the AWS server
less application in CI CD pipeline for building and deployment.
6. Experienced with Mongo and/or other non-relational databases for various
use cases.
7. Experience with Git and GitLab is required.
8. Experience with Gilab CI or other CI/CD tools.
9. Experience with Bash, Python or other system scripting languages is a
plus.
10. Familiarity with OpenAPI and tools such as Postman and Swagger.
11. Good communication skills and soft skills.
12. Experienced with agile methodologies and practices (Scrum/Kanban). Jira
experience is highly desirable.
13. Comfortable working in a fast paced and agile environment and able to
adapt quickly to change in priorities.
14. Familiarity with Event Driven architecture application using Kafka as a
message bus.
15. Computer Science Degree is highly desirable.
