The Market Forum doesn't encourage discussion of ideas in any meaningful way
and is pretty poorly run, you only need to look the following recent thread
for an example of a regular problem;

The "Google Employees" marked the question as answered when the Google
Employees post is all questions and no answers.

Personally I only register problems in the Market forum so that I've
followed the recommended procedure. As for idea discussion, it's
android-discuss all the way.
