Nope, that's not what it says. It says "You should receive your phone in 2-4 weeks from the date of submission of the form." So we should get the phone between mid-march and april. It also says we will get a confirmation mail when they're ready to ship the phone: "We will send you an email when the phone is scheduled to be shipped.". Guess we will recieve confirmation in 1-2 weeks.
