I got an email from a user asking for a refund. First, I don't understand why they don't do it through the Market instead of emailing me. I'm not even certain what it means for me to give a refund. I see a link for it on the Transactions page, but how does using the link force the app to be uninstalled from their phone?
Furthermore, I don't see the person's name anywhere in the transaction history...does that make any sense?
