We submitted our app to the ADC2 last week, and are preparing to
release it to the market. Thing is, we used the name for our app in
the contest that we wanted to name it forever more. We have been
developing this app since November.

Now we are in the awkward position of what to name the real app in the
market. Does anyone know what becomes of the ADC2 version after the
contest ends? Will we be able to rename our app to the contest name
if we offer the non-contest version as a different name.

For us this is a mess, ie: we trademarked the name we submitted the
contest app under.

Its as if Google entered the ADC2 as Google and then had to come up
with a different name to make the app available to the market. (and
no, this isn't some kind of happy accident that we could should like
the fact that Google might have been Googol).

Anyone out there know anything about how this can get resolved - or advice?

Thank You,
Jason
