Right.. you don't actually need a physical plug to make that happen. You have a wifi on your phone, right? Of course you do. That means that all you need to do is install cups, then you can print. If your printer doesn't have a wifi on it, then you route through the computer that you already have it plugged into. You do realize that cups is a print SERVER, right? This can also work over your carrier's network as long as you make your print server somehow accessible to the outside.
