Hello, Nick, every quote I made of yours came from this thread. I can't fathom why you continue to state that you "don't have anything on our site," unless you've received some very misguided legal advice. Emailing illegal content is no different.
Look, if the developers of the software wanted people to have it for free, we would publish a free version. If we wanted you to have the money from our apps, we would send you a check. All you are doing is degrading the viability of the Android market and lining your own pockets with the effort of others. You (Nick) and I have spoken enough that I know you are an intelligent person and am sure you fully comprehend what you are doing. There is ample room for a young energetic entrepreneur to build a business around Android; it isn't necessary to steal what others' have done to do it, you can find a way to generate your own value. Lastly, after requesting that AP stop illegally distributing our application, it appears at this time that they have. I suggest other application developers do the same. Although the insanity of "asking someone to stop stealing" seems outrageous, it may save you some sales and other resources in the end. AP may yet be held accountable for stealing in the first place, but that is another matter.
