Generally I see no reason in discussion topics like this. Report those
people to Twitter or other communities as spammer to cut of their
followers and officially report an offense.

There's a difference whether I just copy games and apps for my
personal purpose, to share it for free "with friends" or if I want to
make money out of it. The latter incurs significant penalties;
sometimes extraordinary higher than the actual amount in dispute. No
need to argue with the responsible person.
