i'm using the same account on my G1 and Droid, no problem so far ;) I don't use latitude so not sure about that but i imagine each phone will send the location update so your reported positions alternate ;)
as for gtalk, it's like you use IM from multiple IM clients, only 1 IM is active and the other will be kicked off/signed off. if you have auto reconnect type of setting, then it's like you are getting signed on/off alternating between 2 phones. oh well, crazy...
