I am proposing that we create a version of Android for the Sciphones /
Sciphone knock offs. These phones actually have decent hardware, but
their programming leaves a lot to be desired. Tons of people have
bought these phones and are getting frustrated to the point of
throwing them away. The Initial firmware has the ability to run dual
sim cards as well as record phone calls, Two features that are the
highlight of these phones and cannot be gotten rid of in an Android
alpha version. The rest of its functions leave something to be
desired. The hardware has the built in touch screen and shake control
sensor. (I am using the I9+++ as a point of reference). It has 128mb
internal memory but is able to use upto an 8gb card for programs
(something blackberry still is unable to do.) The origional So, How
bout it Guys? Can we make this work? There's a need, can we provide a
way?
