Of course. I see my competitor commenting his own apps however (and
mine, in the past), though with a single account.

I couldn't find the word 'comment' in either the developer agreement
or the market terms. Could
you point me ? Maybe it's a references differently ?

Right... doubt it... I reported similar previously in the app market
forum and was told to just mark it as spam.

A greater offense, which *is* in the developer agreement, is releasing
apps on the market and processing payment through a third party, but
zero is done against that (that I'm aware of).

It's a bit of a wild-west place, Android Market, and the sheriff is
out of town.
