Are you guys noticing this as well? I released an update with a major new feature a few weeks ago which always spurs a lot of comments and ratings but there's been only a handful. One day 3 came in seemingly all at once, then shortly after 2 of those disappeared. Meanwhile on the Market "Support" forum users are complaining that they can't leave feedback on some apps.
