Even then, you'll be subject to at least 5 to 7 interviews and a fairly intensive review. Google employees are usually the highest caliber available in the world. Obviously, they can make mistakes but the vetting process for hiring is pretty intense. Ask anyone who's been through the process.
There are exceptions to this no doubt and a few famous hackers will be exempt from this requirement.
