Where exactly are you seeing this "branding"? On the web Market, my device list shows "T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Nexus" for my UK-purchased GN; it wasn't purchased from T-Mo, but it does happen to have a T-Mo SIM in it at the moment. Is this all that you're getting worked up about, or is there something genuinely problematic?
