According to the WikiPedia page [1], the 30% is "distributed among the
carriers and payment processors." I thought I'd read that they reserved
a small amount to pay for the Market itself, but I could be wrong. Maybe
the fees that come from the carriers for the "full Google experience"
pay for the Market. :)
