If you read that terms document that is attached to the developer replies thing, it specifically states that we have to be nice or get spanked. I think it is in everyone's best interest to be nice on the comment replies thing. It's your public face to the consumer and any nastiness there will reflect on your image as a developer. Nobody likes nasty customer service!
