It seems if you install an app that has the same shared ID, then
uninstall it, it blows away the other app's permissions.  I was
thinking that the dxTop demo would share preferences with dxTop full
so that a users upgrade would be smother (was going to code it
eventually), buy when the user uninstalls dxTop Demo after installing
the full version, dxTop full stops working until the user reinstalls.
It can't do anything because of permission denied errors.
