We removed the kernel source from the standard Android manifest as it
actually cost a lot of bandwidth and space for little benefit, and as
it was causing some confusion.

The kernel build system isn't integrated with the rest of Android, so
you can drop it anywhere you want, you'll need to configure and build
it separately, and then drop the result into the Android tree.

Can you point me to the document that says that the kernel source is
included? I'll update it to reflect the reality.

Thanks,
JBQ
