Hi, I am trying to build kernel for Nexus 7 3G. I am following the steps mentioned in http://source.android.com/source/building-kernels.html. When I execute the command git log --max-count=1* kernel, *I am getting this message
fatal: ambiguous argument 'kernel': unknown revision or path not in the working tree. Use '--' to separate paths from revisions, like this: 'git <command> [<revision>...] -- [<file>...]' * * Below are the commands I executed: $ git clone https://android.googlesource.com/device/asus/tilapia $ cd tilapia $ git log --max-count=1 kernel And also, I observed that there is no 'kernel' file present in 'tilapia', but in case of asus, its there.
