I only know that these drivers http://www.penmount.com.tw/down_2_1.php worked for me under a "normal" ubuntu distribution with X11. And there seems to be also a driver for the Penmount 6000... But I don't know how Android accesses input devices. If I should give the GPM driver a shot..
