Found that guide recently (on one of the android ML).

It seems android needs a lot of cpu power / ram ...
pxa27x are maybe enough powerfull, but also, i guess at least you will need
64Meg to have something more than an nice homescreen...
Depending on what you plan to do  with the OS...
