Hi, Just ignore *.img.
$ cd out/target/product/(your product name)/root $ cp -a ../system/* system/ $ cp -a ../data data/ $ tar zcvpf ../rfs.tar.gz . Then untar rfs.tar.gz on your SD or flash.
