oh, you need to switch on in config file to enable android alarm. Did you do
that in .config?
CONFIG_RTC_INTF_ALARM=y

kernel/driver/rtc/Makefile
rtc-core-$(CONFIG_RTC_INTF_ALARM) += alarm.o
