You mean initlogo.rle, do you? There is a tool `rgb2565 -rle`<http://www.netmite.com/android/mydroid/build/tools/rgb2565/to565.c>that will convert a raw image to the .rle format. I recall I had found a python script to automatically do the work from png, but I can't find it now...
