Hi Alex,

Hacking the database or starting application with permissions is not a good 
way.
You can boot with unlocked screen by changing in AOSP in file.
You can take reference of this link for required changes

Moreover, To start your application You can remove the default Launcher 
application from APK and put you application to HOME application. So system 
will start your application directly.
