Thanks.  I read that page 2 times but i didn't see anything on N7 or NQ.

On Nexus S, Nexus S 4G, Xoom, and Galaxy Nexus, the bootloader can be
locked back with

$ fastboot oem lock

Also I do want to understand what shouldn't work if the bootloader is
unlocked.
