You distribute your app to an APK file, thus it is stored on the device as an APK file. You're not giving away anything that you haven't already given away. Having a "do not export this" option in the vanilla distribution would just lead you into a false sense of security because it could easily be broken in any mod out there and then your app would be out there just as easily.
