Howdy, I have concerns about deploying an App as Device Owner on Lollipop... So far I could understand how it works: there is a master-device that runs a master-App as well, that triggers the device-owner-App installation when the slave-device is in its unprovisionned state mode, all of this by direct-contact thru NFC. That is fine.
But my question is: could this NFC-trigger stuff be hardcoded on a NFC tag / badge - instead of a master-device ? The goal would be to do the exact same thing as previously described without the need of a secondary master-device, just by using a tiny NFC programmed badge instead... ? Does anyone know / or tested if this was doable... and if Yes why / how ? :-) Thanks for reading this !
