No, the *Impls will be in the "*.uml14" package, the interfaces will be
in the "*.uml" package (not in the "*.common" package as I thought,
because there will be metamodels completely different from UML). Some
time later, when we generate for UML 1.3, the *Impls will be in the
"*.uml13" package, the interfaces will still remain in the "*.uml"
package (at least, I hope we will be able to keep common interfaces for
UML 1.3 and 1.4!).

Well, it's nice to have them in src/generated because this makes it
easier to add it as a source folder in an Eclipse project. Adding a
folder below "build" is unexpected in Eclipse.
